　Our company has established close cooperative relationships with the Philippine manning agency Unitra Maritime Manila Inc. and the Thai manning agency Thai Seafarer Training and Consultant Co., Ltd. As of November 2025, we are engaged in manning operations for a total of approximately 200 seafarers through these two partners.
We handle a wide range of vessel types, including Bulker (Camsarmax / Handymax), Heavy Lift, and General Cargo, and we strive to secure the most suitable pool of seafarers tailored to each client’s needs. In addition, we hold regular manning meetings with both agencies to ensure the provision of attentive manning services that closely align with our clients’ requirements.
Unitra Maritime Manila Inc. operates under the motto “Seafarers' First,” always valuing and appreciating its seafarers. The company focuses on enhancing human resource development and welfare through initiatives such as its unique family medical insurance system and the Cadet Program for nurturing Deck Officers and Engineers. As a result, it has achieved an improved sense of loyalty among its seafarers, maintaining a repeat rate of over 85%.
Meanwhile, Thai Seafarer Training and Consultant Co., Ltd. operates its own training facility in Bangkok and has long been committed to strengthening seafarer education. Both companies employ former seafarers as shore-based staff, and in addition to thorough pre-embarkation training, they provide various land-based support services designed to meet the increasingly diverse needs of our clients, thereby aiming to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction.
